WHY WE STARTED

"I want to learn Revit, but I don't know where to start."

That's the sentence that started all of this. After meeting dozens of young architects and freelancers stuck at the same wall, one thing became clear — the gap wasn't talent, it was access to a real, structured starting point.

Revit From Scratch is that starting point. Weekly live sessions, real problem-solving, and a curriculum built around two projects — one we build together, and one you build on your own, becoming your first real portfolio piece.

HOW IT WORKS

Ten weeks, two projects, one clear path.

STEP 01

Learn live, together

Weekly sessions where we build a shared class project — every tool and concept demoed and practiced in real time.

STEP 02

Apply it on your own

A project of your choice, built independently alongside the class — this is where the learning actually sticks.

STEP 03

Walk away with proof

A completed portfolio project, a certificate, and real working skills you can show any firm or client.

Don't take our word for it.

"Really enjoying Batch 2 so far! Being a free course, the quality genuinely surpasses even a lot of paid courses I've come across. What's stood out most is Ar. Ahmad Raza Awan he's clearly the best in his field, and instead of just walking us through the software, he actually converses with us about the field itself and shares his personal professional experience. It's made the learning experience feel a lot more grounded and real."

"RFS is a very interesting and informative platform for students. I am especially thankful to Sir Ahmed Raza for offering this Revit course free of cost, from basic to advanced level. The course is very helpful because Sir Ahmed Raza and other professionals from the same field share practical knowledge, techniques, and valuable information about Revit. This platform is a great opportunity for students to improve their skills and prepare for their professional careers."

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

How do I actually join a batch?
Registration forms are shared periodically in our WhatsApp Community, whenever a new batch is opening. Fill it out when it's live — spots are limited and usually fill fast. You can't request to join a batch directly; it's form-only.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
No catch. It's free because the goal is to help young architects get job-ready, not to make money off it. No hidden fees, no "premium" upsell later.
Do I need to buy Revit? Is there a free version?
You'll need Revit installed to follow along. Autodesk offers a free student license through their education portal if you sign up with a valid student email — no need to buy anything, and never use cracked or pirated versions.
Do I need a powerful laptop?
Revit runs best with a decent laptop — dedicated graphics helps but isn't mandatory for basic modeling at this level. If you're unsure whether your laptop can handle it, ask in the Community — happy to help you check.
I've never used Revit or any CAD software. Can I still join?
Yes — this course assumes zero prior experience. That's the whole point of "From Scratch."
What if I join late, after a batch has already started?
You'll be added to the waitlist for the next batch. Sessions aren't recorded, so joining late means missing content that builds week over week — best to wait for the next batch's form rather than jumping in mid-way.
Are sessions recorded?
No — this protects everyone's privacy and encourages genuine live participation. A written summary is shared after each session for anyone who misses it.
What do I actually walk away with?
A completed personal project (your portfolio piece), real working Revit skills, and a certificate — verifiable on our Showcase page.
Can I ask questions outside of sessions?
Yes — once you're placed in a batch group, feel free to ask there anytime. The main Community is more for announcements; batch groups are where day-to-day discussion happens.
